About the Role:- Engage with end-users to understand their pain points and deliver working software solutions.
- Take ownership of development code baseline for complex modules.
- Perform the role of a software designer by implementing components, modules, and sub-systems.
- Analyze existing implementation and adapt specific components to meet current business needs.
- Lead design and development of high-quality, reusable, high-performance software components along with automation.
- Mentor junior team members on technical aspects to enable on-time delivery.
- Support project management and lead estimations, releases, and technical communication with partners and stakeholders.
- 7 to 11 years of software development experience.
- Expertise in C#.NET, Basic Python, Oracle, and PowerShell.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud computing environments and cost-effective, agile, robust, and secure technology solutions.
- Experience working with Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Linux Docker containers, cloud-based, and modern CI/CD tools and pipelines is an advantage.
- Experience in PromQL, Grafana, GO LANG, and developing RESTful microservices is an advantage.
- Experience and firm knowledge of software design concepts and design patterns.
- Experience in system design and implementation of complex, multi-generation software products.
- Experience with Agile methodology, tools, and practices.
- Expertise in development testing and debugging skills.
- Strong abstraction, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.
- Working with multisite teams, quality-conscious, and process-oriented.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to interact with partners and geographically distributed teams.
