Job Description

The Operational Improvement Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and improvement of operational processes within Capgemini. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with process mapping and documentation to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR operational excellence frameworks, tools, and methodologies

Grade Specific Responsibilities:

Able to support and guide the efficient and effective delivery of services to multiple stakeholder groups in specific domain areas or functions. Typically leads more than one project area or workstream. Produces additional value to the domain area outside of one's roles and responsibilities.
