Structural Analysis Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in stress analysis and experience with FE meshing and analysis setup processes.

  • Experience in aero engine domain is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong knowledge in stress analysis using ANSYS and Hyper mesh tools is required.
  • Good experience in Finite Element stress analysis, including Static, Modal analysis and Non-linear Analysis is essential.
  • Able to create stress analysis reports and possess good communication skills.

The ideal candidate should also have:

  • Basic level knowledge in Finite element stress analysis and Solid mechanics.
  • Exposure to APDL programming and CAD software.
  • Working knowledge in Material, Geometric, and Contact nonlinear analysis.
  • Knowledge of structural analysis quality process and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex Finite Element models.
  • Performing static and dynamic analyses of metallic and composite structures.
  • Creating detailed reports of analysis results and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
