Key Responsibilities:

  • Support configuration and management of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a NOC or similar IT support role.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.">
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar.">
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies.">
