Data Analyst - HR Insights

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of HR insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data to provide actionable recommendations that support effective HR decision-making.

The Data Analyst will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to identify key metrics and develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate data-driven insights.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from developing HR dashboards to creating data visualizations.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in HR, analytics, business, statistics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performing analytics and creating reports and metrics in HR.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated experience in analysis, research, and presentation creation.
  • Functional knowledge of Human Resources information systems.
