Job Title: Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a supervisor level accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and Review Engagement Management: Plan audits, perform testing or analytical procedures, prepare all work paper documentation, and lead engagements from start through completion.
  • Tax Preparation Services: Input tax returns for clients in tax software
  • Financial Statement and Tax Return Preparation: Take full responsibility for preparation of deliverables to clients, including financial statements and tax returns.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by communicating with clients to obtain required financial/tax documents ensuring engagement deliverables are complete and accurate.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience working in public accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in senior or supervisor role at a public accounting firm
  • 5+ years of audit experience
  • Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant License
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity and experience with CCH ProSystem Fx Engagement software for audits/review engagements and CCH ProSystem Fx Tax software for tax return preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
