Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to perform various accounting tasks.

  • Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare invoices, and process payments in a timely manner.

  • Bank Reconciliations: Verify bank statements, monitor cash flows, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and GST returns.

  • Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of documentation to support external and internal audits.

  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience in SAP, Xero, or Tally accounting software preferred.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or other professional accounting qualification.
