Job Overview:

  • As a senior .Net developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
  • You will manage and optimize database systems to ensure high performance and availability.

Key Qualifications:

  • .Net Expertise: Proven experience in .Net technologies (C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API) with a deep understanding of the framework and its components.
  • Database Administration (DBA): Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with database management (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) including performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Skills:

  • Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-based database solutions.
  • DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Front-End Technologies: Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) to collaborate with front-end developers.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in .Net development, database administration, or cloud platforms.
