Job Opportunity: Senior Java Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Lead to play a key role in the development of our Wholesale Lending Credit Risk Technology platform. This individual will be responsible for implementing projects based on Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and other latest technologies.

About the Role:
  • Implement high-quality code in Java and related stack
  • Mastery in JUnit, Mockito, Integration Tests, and Performance Tests
  • Proficiency in Mongo DB and Redis Caching
  • Sound technical design and architecture skills, expert in implementing appropriate design patterns
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good experience in performance tuning, able to use required tools effectively to find the root causes
  • Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with the development team
  • Ability to effectively communicate development progress to senior management
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in software development industry, Java, Spring Boot
  • Good knowledge of Spring including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Web, Spring Data
  • Expert hands-on knowledge of Threading, Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, Java OOD, OOP Concepts, GoF Design Patterns, MoM and SOA Design Patterns, File I/O, and parsing XML and JSON delimited files and fixed length files
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Oracle dialect is preferable
  • Experience working with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices utilizing REST
