Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems.
- Apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.
- Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
- Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
