We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the execution of complex interior and architectural design projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  1. Oversee full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
  2. Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  3. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  4. Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  5. Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong negotiation, client-handling, and multitasking skills.
