We are seeking a skilled Professional to oversee quality assurance and manage project workflows. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with strong image editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate projects across teams.

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with global clients and regional team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images
  • Reviewing and QA final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards
  • Coordinating with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones
  • Tracking daily workflows and flagging potential delays or issues
  • Documenting and enforcing retouching SOPs and style guides
  • Providing feedback to junior retouchers as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience
  • A strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Prior QA or project coordination experience is a strong asset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce or fashion image workflows
  • Familiarity with DAM systems or automation tools
