About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Product Expert to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the EC Payroll product roadmap, working closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of product management for EC Payroll, including requirements gathering, design, release, and product support activities.
  • Foster relationships across the organization to align groups and execute on the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with customers to facilitate feedback into product development and share the product roadmap.

Requirements:

· At least 10+ years of experience in software development, 5+ in product management and/or product owner.

· EC Payroll implementation experience and knowledge of system integration techniques is a plus.

· Solid understanding of the overall SAP payroll portfolio and our payroll solutions.

· Awareness of SAP's position in the market, payroll market trends, competitors, and product differentiators.

· Proven track record of building relations between different parts of our organization and applying that to build bridges and overcome hurdles.

· Ability to think and communicate on strategy and the bigger picture, including the relation of your product to the SAP portfolio and markets.

· Proven track record of handling complex project challenges with demanding people spread in different time zones and under time pressure.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience in presenting and demoing to customers and prospects.
