Job Description

As a Group Head – Account Management, you will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day functioning of your team and ensuring effective client servicing. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and operating as the primary point of contact
  • Addressing client issues effectively and thoughtfully
  • Evaluating campaign results against objectives and suggesting improvements to the client or team

In addition, you will be responsible for financial planning and management, including growing existing accounts and developing programs to build business from existing clients. You will also participate in the professional and account development of team members, coach and supervise them, and engage in team building activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A digital agency background with prior experience handling blue chip clientele
  • 'Rockstar' presentation and communication skills
  • The ability to monitor day-to-day team functioning and make strategic decisions
