Key Leader for Investor Confidence and Capital Inflows

The successful candidate will be a key leader responsible for building long-term relationships with high net worth individuals, family offices, and investment funds.

Role Overview

This role requires deep expertise in wealth management, real estate investments, and business development with a proven track record of fundraising from HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, and Investment Funds (domestic and global).
    • Act as a trusted advisor, articulating the benefits of wealth preservation and growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Business Development:
    • Establish a robust investor network through strategic partnerships with private bankers, wealth managers, and advisors.
    • Drive investor engagement through roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and thought-leadership sessions.
  • Investment Pitching & Structuring:
    • Create tailored investment proposals based on investor needs and risk appetite.
    • Clearly communicate the value proposition of the platform, highlighting institutional tenants, rental escalations, transparent governance, audited reporting, and ESG credentials.
  • Deal Execution:
    • Lead end-to-end deal cycles: origination, negotiation, structuring, and closure.
    • Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and compliance teams for seamless investor onboarding.
  • Strategic Insights:
    • Provide valuable insights on investor sentiment and wealth management trends.
    • Collaborate with leadership on refining the value proposition and governance standards.
