Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Travel Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to issue refunds and book air tickets.
  • Interpret fare rules in GDS and fare sheets to apply them while issuing tickets.
  • Action PNRs to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the travel business to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and result-driven manner.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Degree or Diploma in Travel - Air Fares & Ticketing.
