Oracle Exadata Database Administrator Role

This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills, cloud migration experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client data value and data protection strategies. Ability to build and maintain distributed, high-performance data pipelines is essential.

We are looking for a candidate who can work independently and collaboratively, with strong background in disaster recovery planning and execution.

  • Administer and optimize Oracle Exadata systems (compute nodes, storage cells, InfiniBand)
  • Manage Oracle databases on OCI, including provisioning, patching, backup, and recovery
  • Lead and support end-to-end cloud migration initiatives from on-premises to OCI
  • Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions (RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain multiple clients across various Oracle versions and platforms
  • Ensure operational readiness (security, health, and performance) for both on-premises and cloud-based Oracle environments
  • Collaborate with cloud architects and application teams to support hybrid and cloud-native deployments
  • Ensure database security, compliance, and audit readiness across Exadata and OCI environments
