Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Database Reliability Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration, monitoring, and support for Oracle databases.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in database administration, with a strong focus on reliability and performance. They will be able to develop scripts/tools to automate repetitive tasks, support and administer Oracle workloads across on-premises and cloud platforms, and improve service qualification and database lifecycle management through automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 10 years in database administration
  • Database Administration: Proven experience in administering Oracle databases (19c/21c and above)
  • Scripting and Automation: Strong skills in developing scripts/tools to automate repetitive tasks (Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform, or similar)
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience in supporting and administering Oracle workloads across on-premises, Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC), and public cloud platforms (OCI, AWS RDS/Aurora, Azure, GCP Cloud)
