About the Publisher Yield Manager Role

This position empowers financial solutions with digital offerings. It oversees publisher profit/loss management, ensuring optimal revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Publisher Management: Oversee profit/loss management for publishers to ensure optimal revenue streams.
  2. Communication: Serve as liaison between publishers and internal departments addressing needs and monetization strategies.
  3. Technical Quality Assurance: Ensure ad requests and inventory settings are optimized collaborating with Dev on publisher releases.
  4. Publisher Ad Layout Recommendations: Provide recommendations to maximize yield and publisher KPIs based on products and ad requests.
  5. Publisher Onboarding: Work with SSPs to whitelist sites for programmatic monetization and enhance yield with Pub Ops.
  6. Yield Analysis: Monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product.
  7. Optimization: Analyze partner and publisher performance to optimize partner set-ups and increase revenue opportunities.
  8. Ad Operations Expertise: Proficient in DFP and SSP system settings for optimal yield setup, SSP block list, and flooring.
  9. Reporting: Publish weekly KPIs, SSP reporting, block list reporting, and partner billing and reconciliation.
  10. PMP Management Collaboration: Collaborate with buyers to create deals and optimize them for best performance.
  11. Data Analysis/Publisher Decks: Analyze publisher and SSP data to report to Pub Dev and Programmatic Supervisor.
