Job Title: AI Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Artificial Intelligence Instructor to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AI education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to create AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
  • Perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
