Job Description

Manage banking and investments relationships for high net worth individuals (HNI) / Non-Resident Indians (NRI) clients.

Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by delivering exceptional service that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Identify opportunities to grow business through existing relationships and new connections.

Sales targets span liabilities, retail assets, business banking, foreign exchange, cards, investments, and other areas. Sell a range of consumer and commercial products to current and potential HNI/NRI clients.

Increase cash balance in allocated portfolios through deepening existing relationships or acquiring new ones. Enhance product penetration and deepen mapped relationships to increase wallet share.

Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with each mapped relationship to maintain desired relationship values and ensure portfolio quality.

Face-to-client interface responsible for service and sales satisfaction of mapped clients.

Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI/NRI clients.

Drive revenue growth through fee income generation from mutual funds, investments, and insurance products.

Record all sales activities online as per organizational process and capture business opportunities through detailed client profiling.
