Job Title: Senior Wealth Management Professional

As a seasoned wealth management professional, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and family offices.

The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of wealth management products and services. You should also have a proven track record of growing business through strategic planning and effective relationship-building.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new HNI clients, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing ones, and provide exceptional service to ensure long-term growth.
  • Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advice on mutual funds, alternative investment funds, portfolio management services, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and other wealth management products to meet the diverse needs of HNIs.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth, expand the client base, and increase revenue.
  • Market Positioning & Networking: Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars to strengthen brand visibility and build relationships with potential clients and partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with the following qualifications:

  • At least 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, preferably managing HNIs and family offices.
  • Strong relationships with HNIs and family offices, with a proven track record of growing business through strategic planning and effective relationship-building.
  • Expertise in wealth management products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes.
  • Ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios, with a minimum of ₹5 crore AUM.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation.
  • Experience in building and leading teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Willingsness to travel for investor meetings and networking.
