We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take charge of development, support, and enhancement activities on the IDM platform.

This role is critical in ensuring robust support for IDM-related systems and processes, with opportunities to work on other integrated platforms.

  • Provide L3 support and production issue resolution for the IDM platform.
  • Lead analysis, development, testing, and deployment of change requests.
  • Mentor junior staff and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Design and implement system improvements and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for UAT and release management.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and change control practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • IDM Knowledge: Strong understanding of Quest/Dell IDM, including exception processing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, VB.Net, C#, HTML, Powershell, Angular, and C++.
  • Experience: Experience with MS-SQL Server, Oracle, WebServices, and LDAP.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with Ikasan, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, and service desks.
  • Exposure: Exposure to middleware solutions, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and software configuration management.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computing, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in investment banking or financial services preferred.
  • Track record in IDM system implementation and support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
