Business Operations Associate

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to assume the role of Business Operations Associate.

This position will combine financial, human resources, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize invoices in accordance with established procedures.
  • Record expenses under the correct heads to ensure accurate accounting.
  • Prepare project-wise profit and loss statements to provide clear snapshots of overall performance.
  • Provide clear summaries of the overall profit and loss for all markets and projects.
Financial Management:
  • Manage financial transactions, including invoice collection and expense recording.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support financial planning and analysis activities.
Human Resources & Payroll:
  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies.
  • Process monthly salary payouts accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Support basic HR and people operations tasks.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage travel bookings and logistics to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation securely and efficiently.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a smooth work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A background in finance, accounts, or business administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
