Customer-Facing Project Manager Job Description

This role involves overseeing the launch of third-party Just Walk Out-enabled stores as a customer-facing project manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements and develop process/system solutions
  • Lead cross-functional retail store operations and business teams
  • Manage timelines for internal and external teams to support store launches

The ideal candidate has a consistent track record of successful project delivery under tight deadlines, experience working in the built environment and/or with retail store deployments, and is capable of taking ownership over the store launch process.
