Job Title: Audit Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Senior to join our team in the US Healthcare industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of audit experience, with a strong emphasis on the long-term care segment, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and skilled nursing facilities.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with US-based engagement teams and contribute to high-impact audits in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and assist with audits, reviews and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls.
  • Assist with the coordination of day-to-day duties, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
  • Develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.
  • Mentor, train and supervise lighter level staff.
  • Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel.
  • Communicate with Supervisor/Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to US Offices.
  • Strong organizational skills & multi-tasking abilities are required.
  • Industry exposure: Healthcare.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well independently but also work well with others.
  • Approaches projects with a sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Knowledge of Caseware, caseview or IDEA is a plus.
