The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling laboratory equipment or experience in selling capital equipment to industries. They will also have a diploma, BSc, or B Tech in relevant fields, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory
- Identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements
- Promote and sell laboratory equipment or capital equipment to industries in accordance with company objectives and strategies
- Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers regarding product selection, application, and usage
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in selling laboratory equipment or experience in selling capital equipment to industries
- Diploma, BSc, or B Tech in relevant fields
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Technical aptitude and understanding of laboratory equipment or capital equipment
