Key Responsibilities:

As an Amazon Flat File Expert at Activate Talent, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing Amazon flat files for product listings, including inventory, pricing, and product details. Your attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management will be crucial in ensuring all product data is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly according to Amazon's specifications.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:

You will identify and resolve issues related to flat files, such as listing errors, data discrepancies, and file upload problems. Additionally, you will analyze and optimize product listings for improved visibility and performance on Amazon, including keyword optimization and category enhancements.

Reporting and Collaboration:

You will generate and interpret reports related to listing performance, sales trends, and inventory levels to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on product information and strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Amazon flat files and listing management is required. Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central is also required. You should have proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with advanced knowledge of formulas, data manipulation, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
