CRM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to lead our sales and customer success technology stack.

About the Role:

  • Manage, customize, and optimize our CRM system to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Create automations, workflows, and reports that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
