Job Description

  • Maintaining and updating export files & bills of lading details in a centralized system across India.
  • Updating remarks received from the intermodal team regarding import & export cleanup files.
  • Handling export invoice requests for information within established turnaround times.
  • Responding to queries from vendors, GBS teams, and customers.
  • Ensuring timely generation of sales data packs and statements detailing documents.
  • FOLLOWING up on outstanding bills payments with vendors and GBS teams for smooth payment processes.
  • FOLLOWING up with vendors until issues are resolved.
  • Daily coordination with the Mumbai intermodal team for freight order generation and container load updates on systems within turnaround times.
  • Preparing various reports related to intermodal movements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Addressing and resolving service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • To ensure that vendors understand invoicing processes, comply with company standards, and submit accurate invoices on time.
