Key Responsibilities:

  • L&D Program: Participate in structured training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
    • Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
      • Complete technical and consulting checkpoints.
        • Project Support & Prototyping
          • Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
            • Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
              • Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, CX, cloud, advisory).
                • Innovation & Knowledge Building
                  • Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
                    • Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable assets, and IP libraries.
                      • Share findings via blogs, presentations, and community forums.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work with mentors and squad leads for coaching.
    • Participate in client workshops (observer → contributor).
      • Contribute actively to team culture, co-creation sessions, and problem-solving exercises.

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields (First-class preferred).
    • Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics. Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
