Senior Delivery Program Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Delivery Program Manager to lead and manage complex, large-scale delivery programs across multiple clients.

This strategic leadership role is suitable for a senior delivery professional who has a strong background in enterprise program management, client engagement, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.

You will be accountable for ensuring high-quality delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of projects.

  • Provide end-to-end leadership for complex delivery programs across global clients, ensuring successful execution within time, scope, and budget.
  • Drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar programs across diverse domains and technologies.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, with a strong focus on proactive risk management and mitigation.
  • Lead large, cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) and delivery managers; mentor and build a high-performing delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and develop delivery managers and team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Techncial Expertise:

  • Have a strong understanding of enterprise program management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Deliverables:

  • Ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Manage and mitigate risks proactively to minimize impact on projects.
