Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our supply chain operations. As Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of logistics functions, including warehouse management, transportation, and customer services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize the full order cycle to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to negotiate agreements and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor stock levels, quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversee warehouse operations, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments efficiently
  • Resolve any problems or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on transportation and inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
  • Total work experience of 4 years or more in logistics
