Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Professional to lead software testing and quality processes across projects and products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and Implement QA Strategy: Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks to ensure thorough testing of products.
    • Lead and Mentor QA Teams: Lead a team of QA engineers, testers, and automation specialists to drive quality ownership and excellence.
    • Manage QA Staff: Assign tasks, review performance, and build a culture of quality ownership among QA staff members.
    • Oversee Manual and Automated Testing: Oversee manual, automated, functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure defect-free releases.
    • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure defect-free releases and meet quality goals.
    • Establish Quality Metrics: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for software quality, including defect density, test coverage, and release quality.
  • Additional Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
    • Familiarity with Test Automation Frameworks
    • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
