Job Title: ERP Process Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee technology risk management activities in the ERP system to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Manage user access privileges and ensure regulatory compliance for the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  2. Ensure ERP user management access privileges and passwords are secure.
  3. Take overall responsibility for technology risk management activity in ERP for the manufacturing process.
  4. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for business continuity.
  5. Configure regulatory requirements for critical fields and validate for the manufacturing process in plant.
  6. Integrate between ERP and government portal API required master configuration and management.
  7. Customize legal document output forms as PFI, e-invoice copy, COA, PO which interfaces with customers and vendors.
  8. Identify high, medium, and low-priority user issues in daily business processes.
  9. Develop and implement MIS reports for compliance regulatory requirements and finance requirements.
  10. Identify user issues that can be resolved through front-end or back-end solutions, requiring service provider involvement.
  11. Ensure security of transactions by stopping backdated transactions updates and unwanted user access based on user role and access privilege levels.
  12. Monitor system implementation, support, system analysis, application, and data integration, and logical system security.
  13. Ensure ERP software is up-to-date with the latest build number for compliance requirements of GST and TDS with coordination from service providers and consultants.
  14. Troubleshoot all technology issues.
  15. Formulate overall strategy and policy for an effective and efficient function of ERP processes.
  16. Monitor, manage, and maintain all ERP business processes.
  17. Purchase, receive, and account for ERP modules for upgrading business processes.
  18. Coordinate with plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.
  19. Build and manage a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.
  20. Identify training needs of team members and fulfill them through formal training, hand-holding, guiding, and coaching.
  21. Maintain employee morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.
  22. Motivate, mentor, and counsel team members to achieve desired performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate from Technical (BE/BCA) or Master (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) degree with minimum 5 years of experience in ERP modules.
  • SQL, Excel pivot, ERP technical modules RDF and DLD knowledge.
  • Understanding of tables and fields to access transactional data and master data.
  • Functional modules (purchase, inventory, production, quality control, sales, export, finance, HR payroll, and personal) with business process knowledge.
