Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Engineer to lead our ERP security and identity management initiatives.

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access within Oracle ERP/EPM applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Manage Security Roles: Create, edit, and assign roles and privileges for Oracle ERP/EPM security.
  • Integrate with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): Implement single sign-on and identity federation for Oracle ERP/EPM.
  • Partner with Security Teams: Enforce segregation of duties (SoD) and internal control requirements.
  • Develop Documentation: Create security design, role matrices, access reviews, audit evidence.
  • Support Provisioning and De-provisioning: Assist in user provisioning and de-provisioning processes for ERP/EPM users.
  • Troubleshoot Access Issues: Analyze security logs and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IT Experience: 5-7 years, with at least 3+ years in Oracle ERP/EPM security administration.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Strong knowledge of duty roles and data security policies.
  • Microsoft Entra ID Integration: Hands-on experience integrating Oracle ERP/EPM with Azure AD.
  • Provisioning and Identity Lifecycle Management: Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Audits and SoD Controls: Experience in audits, access reviews, and segregation of duties controls.
