Job Summary

As a Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee the fabrication team to achieve production objectives and ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage daily fabrication activities according to the production schedule.
  • Ensure adherence to welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards.
  • Manage manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools effectively.
  • Drive productivity, minimize rework, and reduce delays.
  • Ensure timely completion of WPS, NDT clearances, and material traceability.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols.
  • Leadership and hands-on supervision skills are essential.
