Job Title: Valve Assembly Supervisor

The Valve Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the assembly and testing of customized fabricated valves. This role requires a deep understanding of valve assemblies, torque specs, sealing principles, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the assembly and testing of customized fabricated valves to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design and quality control teams to finalize dimensions, testing parameters, and documentation.
  • Evaluate test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
  • Analyze throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
  • Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers to achieve productivity and quality goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar or assistant manager role in Fabrication/Machine tool building/Equipment manufacturing company.
