Job Overview

This role is responsible for the overall technical operation and management of facilities. Key responsibilities include managing vendors, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing timely reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct daily site walks to monitor safety and operational performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, including weekly and monthly summaries.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for material movement and asset management.
  • Ensure end-to-end project handling, from initiation to completion, adhering to established timelines and quality standards.
  • Responsible for incident reporting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Cooperate with laboratory teams for support with new equipment and ongoing monitoring.
  • Interface with clients to facilitate works during project execution stages.
  • Timely closure of technical tickets raised on FAMIS 360.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site legal registers and liaison with regulatory authorities.
  • Submit statutory reports, including test reports and returns filing, as applicable.
  • Plan and execute EHS trainings for team members according to training calendars.
  • Coordinate environmental monitoring with approved vendors.
  • Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness trainings with detailed reports.
  • Ensure seamless operations of Medical Health Centres.
  • Coordinate biomedical waste disposal with approved vendors.
  • Verify and issue work permits for contractors' activities.
  • Conduct random audits and identify unsafe acts/conditions for corrective actions.
  • Participate in COVID-19 support efforts, including wearable device management.
  • Track regular complaints in coordination with MHC teams.
