About the Role:

As an Invoicing Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting invoice delivery timelines, and adhering to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare accurate and complete invoices for customers, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet invoice delivery deadlines to maintain efficient cash flow.
  • Customer Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with customers regarding invoicing queries and concerns.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets and ensure accounts receivable accuracy.
  • Exception Handling: Address and resolve any invoice rejections or credit issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance invoicing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in invoicing.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, V-lookup, and Pivot Table.
  • Analytical Thinking: Good analytical and process knowledge is crucial for success in this position.
