Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our online presence. This is a part-time, junior-level position requiring 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and awareness.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives, including creating compelling email content and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure web content is aligned with our branding and user experience standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, demonstrating the ability to develop and manage creative campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong content marketing skills, with an ability to craft engaging and informative content tailored to target audiences.
  • Expertise in email marketing, including knowledge of segmenting audiences, crafting effective messages, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Understanding of digital strategy, with the capability to plan and execute digital marketing programs that align with business goals.
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles, allowing for effective collaboration with developers and designers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing concepts and strategies.
