Job Title

A Senior Technical Architect is required to lead the development and implementation of our Microservices applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing scalable, high-performance software systems using Java 8, Multithreading, Concurrency, Restful /SOAP web-services, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.

They will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to a team of IT professionals, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, and working on proof-of-concepts as needed.

The successful candidate will also have experience in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP, and will be able to design and implement reusable components, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the organization's technology roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Programming Fundamentals: Strong understanding of programming fundamentals including Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Java Development: Hands-on experience in Java 8, Multithreading, Concurrency, Restful /SOAP web-services, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Database Concepts: Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database concepts, SQL.
  • Development Tools: Experience with GIT, Continuous Integration systems (Hudson/Jenkins), and Bug Tracking tools (Jira).
  • Technical Leadership: Strong technical leadership skills, with experience in mentoring junior team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive and demand results from teams, resolve technical conflicts, and front-end customers/operators with technical and business acumen.
