Lead Production Architect

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to lead our production team in creating, assembling, and issuing client deliverables using CAD software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain open dialogue with project leaders, managers, and directors regarding changes in scope or schedule.
The selected candidate will have the ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance to junior staff, while also coordinating work between staff and consultants. They will be responsible for revising drawings per RFI's, bulletins, and addendums, as well as issuing documents for bids and permits.
The successful candidate will perform job site visits to review construction progress and prepare field reports, and implement ways to improve production methods. Additionally, they will support project managers and leaders in developing proposals, budgets, and bids, and assist with presentation skills for India projects.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Proficient in CAD software, particularly Revit.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of daily activities' impact and be able to demonstrate this through their work. They will also pursue IDP completion and professional licensure or certification, and review local codes and bye-laws.
