Job Overview

As a seasoned technical expert, you will lead and mentor a team of skilled .NET developers. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle of software projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Design scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS cloud services.
  • Expertise in NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, React.
  • Strong understanding of authentication & authorization protocols.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.
