The Administrative Executive plays a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our office environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining organized records and databases, managing correspondence and emails, handling office supplies and vendor relationships, supporting HR functions, monitoring office expenses, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily office tasks and operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
- Handle office supplies and vendor relationships efficiently
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management
- Monitor and maintain office expenses and financial records
- Ensure efficient office operations and resolve administrative issues promptly
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
