  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good working condition.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage budgets, records, and contracts, conducting performance reviews with front desk staff and generating reports for presentation to the general manager.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise all front desk activities, including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks such as filing and updating records as needed, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
