Network Solutions Engineer

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to lead our network operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with advanced networking technologies, including Cisco ACI and Citrix Load Balancers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize complex network solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the network team
  • Extensive knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site Cisco ACI design, implementation, and support
  • Working expertise of Citrix and F5 load balancer products
  • In-depth understanding of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with Routing & Switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix, and Cisco ACI
  • Provision level 2 support as the final point of escalation and work through issues until resolution
  • Support rotating shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when necessary
  • Troubleshoot traffic flows via underlay and overlay
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Design and implement advanced network solutions
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues
  • Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers
  • Manage and secure Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Oversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers
  • Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team
  • Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution
  • Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations
  • Excellent analytical & interpretive skills
  • Develop and maintain network documentation and standards
  • Good Knowledge of ITIL framework and Service management

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Cisco AAA servers
  • Advanced proficiency in managing Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls
  • In-depth knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers
  • Expertise in Cisco ACI, SDx, Cisco IOS & NXOS
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field with 5 years of hands-on experience on technology
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP PCNSE) are highly desirable
