Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to lead our network infrastructure design and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing large-scale networks, with a strong focus on WAN, LAN, and WLAN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and WLAN, on a multi-vendor network consisting of Juniper, Aruba, Mist, Cradlepoint, and Cisco.
  • Create detailed documentation for network implementation, including change approval processes.
  • Support and coach junior engineers to provide high-quality services and solutions.
  • Lead project strategies to enable delivery of complex projects.
  • Manage deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects.
  • Analyze incidents and act as escalation engineer for internal organizations and clients.
  • Provide fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process.
  • Create process guidelines for other engineers to follow.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to network infrastructure.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level, with a focus on WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Mist dashboard and WLAN.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN and LAN.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable Skills:
  • 8 or more years of technical experience in designing large-scale networks.
  • Experience within telecommunications organizations would be beneficial.
  • Ability to give guidance and coaching to other engineers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and presentation skills.
  • Flexible work attitude.
  • Ability to cope with company politics.
  • Professional-level personal and business communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and reactively in an autonomous manner.
