Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in IT Services Sales. This role is focused on driving new client acquisition, revenue generation, and business expansion across domestic and international markets.

About the Role

This core sales position (hunting only) requires proactive sales strategies to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in closing deals in IT Services / Digital Transformation space.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business growth across domestic & international markets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers (CIO/CDO/CMO, etc.).
- Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities to build a strong pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead nurturing & campaigns.
- Perform market research & competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

- 24 years of proven experience in IT Services / Digital Transformation Sales.
- Strong B2B outbound sales exposure (domestic or international).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and close deals.
- English medium education preferred.
- Strong sales-driven personality with passion to achieve targets.
