Process Improvement Associate Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Process Improvement Associate to join our team.

This position involves adapting intercompany processes, including invoicing for group entities, with a focus on deep dive analysis to resolve issues across multiple ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibility is intercompany transaction and preparation of JE's related to cross charges and chargeback within the organization.
  • Ensure transactions are documented, in compliance with group standards and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
  • Preparation of financial reports and posting accrual entries based on reports to reflect effects in current period financial documents.
  • Preparation of intercompany reconciliation AP and AR to ensure differences are identified and resolved before next period.
  • Re-class entries as per client request, including preparation of working file for GIT Accruals.
  • Balancesheet reconciliation, identifying aged debt transactions and following up for closure with detailed reasons and action plan.
  • Work on GRIR activities to understand reasons for differences in GRIR, work towards resolving differences by following up with relevant partners internally with subsidiary.
  • Creating and maintaining knowledgebase of service delivery content based on re-usable information and SOP.
  • Involve in month-end activities intercompany subledger closure with agreed SLA and timeliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2+ years of R2R/Intercompany experience, with experience in Intercompany being an advantage.
  • SAP ERP/HFM experience is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates experience in analyzing financial data, drawing sound conclusions, and developing proposals/solutions.
  • Experience of month-end reporting and control frameworks.
  • Should possess good problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skills written and verbal.
  • Should be flexible to work month-end schedules and different shifts.
